I-140 Approved: Waited 340 Days

Folks,
We just checked the www the message says that our I-140 filed at VSC has been approved today (June 9)
FIRST THINGS FIRST

I140-EB-2 RIR LC substitute
RD June 27, 2002
EAC-022285
Approved: June9, 2003 (approx. 340 days)

NO F* RFEs Thank god !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EAD and AP approved, No FP notice yet


My Take on whole ordeal:

It may seem like an uphill batlle sometimes, JUST HANG in there.
My feeling is that those of you who hv been waiting for close to an YEAR at VSC is going to hear a decision soon. TRUST me. There is no other explanation for our approval....

Thanks for all the folks visiting this and many other www sites for immigration updates and leave their experiences for strangers to go through....sometimes even their personal feelings.

Good news .Congrts. My date is June 8th 2002 My EAC number EAC02202, What are eac starting digits?
 
Yes and No

We Filed I-140 first and later in Sept filed I-1485/EAD/AP (RD 10/08/02)

EAD and AP for both of was approved in November 19, 2002
Strangely though we have not recieved notice for FP yet.
