Hi guys,

Mine is a similar case. Filed from Boston, hence VSC.

RIR: 2nd July 2001
I-140: 26th Aug 2002

Opted for CP option.

My file has erroneously put for AOS by VSC. Any tips for CP switch?

My case is similar to yours. INS made a mistake and they have marked my I140 for EOS as well, instead of CP.

My lawyer immeidately contacted VSC and they have promised to send us the correction version (opting for CP) soon. This was a week ago... I guess I should expect to get the new I-140 anytime now.. I hope.
