My I-140 was approved yesterday.
Concurrent filing, I-140/485/EAD/AP
RD: Oct23, 2003
EAD-Approved in Feb04
AP approved in March04
Ctg: EB-2
No-RFE

Received email from USCIS today on approval. I am very happy...Good luck to you all, who are waiting for approval.

It took a lot more than 90 days for your EAD. Could you please let me if you recieved RFE ?

I guess that depends on when in Feb the EAD got approved. Also, like I read somewhere else in the forum, 90 days is counted as 90 working days, so the number of calendar days comes out to be 104 days or so it seems. Going by that, chakul's EAD processing timeframe seems to be in line.

my EAD took 180 days to get approved with no RFE there is no clear pattern what so over.
