I-140 approved (ND 11/10/2003, EB3, Semi-concurrent, no RFE)

Folks,

My I-140 got approved today. I first noticed the status change online this morning, and then the confirmation emails from USCIS followed within a couple of hours.

I've been a silent reader of all the posts on this forum in the last few months...and I got to tell you -- you're one hell of a group here! Thanks for all the support, guys! And good luck to all those still waiting for their turn.

I-140 ND -- 11/10/2003
I-140 AD -- 07/15/2004, no RFE
I-485/EAD/AP ND -- 02/02/2004
EAD/AP AD -- 05/16/2004

Moving onto the 485 forum now... :)

Congrats!!!

Same date as mine!!! Hope mine also comes thru soon! Could you pl post your Priority Date assigned at the time of Labor Approval. Thanks
 
Not sure what that date is...where can I find it??

It is on your Federal Labor Approval letter with a description like Date of acceptance for Processing, generally the date the State Dept of Labor accepted your empoyer's application for Labor Clearance.
