I am excited to share this good news with everyone and below are my details FYI.

1. 140/485/131/765 RD: 09/13/04 and ND 09/16/04
2. RFE's for 131/765 on 10/12/04 for Photos
3. I-140 AD 10/27/04 no RFE
4. Now waiting for 485.

Congrats Sunnysai,

When you first applied how many days it took for them to send you receipts. I have mailed the paperwork last week and waiting for the receipts.

Hello Gurus,

I got my FP notice in california but currently I working in Michigan. Can I give my FP in Michigan or do I have to give in California. Please advise.

I read the FP thread and many centers are allowing out of state FP notice, some are rejecting. Any one in the forum went with out of state notice in ASC, Detroit or any exp. in Detroit also appreciated.

FYI,

I completed my FP early in Detroit, which was scheduled on 11/12/2004, California. Initially they told me to come on due date (out of state FP was not an issue at Detroit) but I explained her that I am coming from far and again I need to take a day off and she accepted my request.

What is ESC under service center for FP

Please clear my doubt. What is ESC under Service center in FP notice.

I assume you filed for I485/I140 concurrently? I am seeing faster approvals for
cases where only I140 has been filed. But if you filed concurrently and got the
I140 approved so fast, this is a very optimistic trend.
