Do you belong to different occupation like doc, nurse etc..
If the answer to above question is no, then What is your priority date? ( date labor was filed? )

I don't have any special contribution on my application, so up to now I still think it is unbelievale.
My lawyer told me on 4/18/05 that my RIR was approved, but I was not told the exact date of the approval. So it took 2 months from RIR approval to I-140 approval.
