i 140 Approved in 2 months from Nebraska

I filed my i140 around April 15th and got approved on June 19th just 2 months. here is my info:

140 approved from Nebraska

Does getting 140 approved open any other options? I hate my job and would love to be able to quit and start my own business etc.
