I woudl appreciate if someone could give be some advice. My I-140 was approved in March 06 and I485 was filed in January 06...still pending approval at the VSC.
I have a work permit card valid for one year and AP documents allowing me to travel.
My question is:
Am I free to change jobs at this point?
Will that slow down or disrupt the I-485 process?
What do I need to do in order to inform the BCIS of my new employer, change of address?
Am I getting myself into more trouble by changing jobs?
