I-140 Approved finally

Hi Guys,
I am very happy to say that my I-140 got approved yesterday 10/07 and there is no email about my I-1485 case.I am very eager to see whether they approve my I-485 also.My GC dream going to come true clock started ticking now ....i am very ancious now.....


Guys please tell what this means my wife i-485 LUD has been updated for the last 2 days.Is there any prospect for us to get it approved....

FP:06/24/04 FBI says FP results returned to TSC same day. No change in status

Any RFE for I-140 or Direct approval

mine is 140 Rd Feb12th2003, Got a Rfe "ability to pay"on sep 23rd 2004... :)

Filed on June 5th 2003 on Eb3 .Did FP on Aug 8th 2003.
Concurrent filling.

Still have'nt got my approval I-485.God i don't want to wait for another 12-15 months.....

Still waiting for I-485 approval

Hi Guys , I did'nt get the approval email for my I-485 till now whereas i received my I-140 approval on Friday oct 8th .I am very much worried when will they will approve my I-485.DO i need to wait for another 15 months to get my turn...:(

keeping my figures corrsed..

Any commets is welcome.

Feb03 Still Waiting for approval; Contacted Senator

Hi all
Have contacted Senator John Cornyn in an effort to spur TSC. Senator has promptly replied that he has contacted USCIS and will contact me when he gets the reply from TSC.
Based on my earlier experience for getting AP for my son, I may get a standard reply from USCIS which may be of no use.
Hope this time around they will give a better reply.
