I-140 Approved Finally!

I am happy to announce that I too recieved an email from USCIS-CSSO this morning letting me know that my I-140 application has been approved. I have been following this forum for quite some time and have been readin the joys and frustrations of all and wanted to share my joy with all of you.

Here is my information:

RD - 06/18/2003
ND - 07/10/2003
AD - 04/19/2004
EAC - 03-206-53XXX
Category : EB3
No RFEs
No FP notice recieved yet.
I would appreciate it if someone can update the trakker on my behalf.

I had a couple of question for the forum regarding the use of AC-21 now.
What the restrictions for changing a job in terms of
1. Job Description/ Profile
2. Location
3. Salary
4. Any other ??

I would appreciate if people who have already used this can shed some light on the issues to consider as I do not want to take any risk at all and want to be on the safe side.

Do u mean to say that you registered with your case with USCIS online and they sent you a mail abou approval?
 
Yes , That is correct. I just set up my profile yesterdya on the new USCIS website and the first thing I got this morning was this email saying my application was approved.

Though I think it had nothing to do with my creating my profile there. I think it was just a matter of chance that it happened this way.

I have one question for you, when you checked I-140 before ur approval , what was Last Modifed Date on Ur I-140 ?

if you remember , please answer...

Congratulations..for the people who got 140 Approval..
I have a question.

I created an account yesterday in USCIS site to check the online status for my 140 & 485.
Details are as follows of my 140 & 485s

EB2 : 140: RD: 06/18/2003.
AD: ??????????
EAD: 11/18/2003
FP: not yet

485: RD: 08/06/2003.
AP: ???????
When I created account in VSC site,
My 140 LAst updated on 08/12/2003. what does it mean? and
my 485 last updated date is 08/11/2003. what does it mean?

Does it mean that my notice date is changed

As far as I remember , i think the date was just the day after my ND - 07/11/2003.
