God answers prayers!
Got the email a few minutes ago, LUD and message updated on website.
I-140 was Eb3, labor substitution (don't have any details about PD of substituted labor - my original labor is still pending in NY DOL since Sep 2001) ND was Jan 29, 2004 (same ND for EAD, AP, and 485s)
No FP notice.
1st EAD and AP approved in April 2004
