My I-140 Approved!!!

Just checked emails. MY I-140 is approved.

I-140/1-485 RD June 30 2004 ( Pure concurrent)
140 AD 03/01/2005
LUD Changes on 485 - 27/10/2004, 01/12/2005
No LUD changes for I-140.
FP - Done in July 3rd week.
EAD/AP approved July 2004
EB3
CSC

Thanks for the info. It is weird you don't have the LUD , may be tomorrow you will have the LUD as today only they approved.

I have LUD of 02/28/2005 and no message change. What is your message says. Mine says received on July 2nd 2004 and .............. Yours says June 30 2004?

My 140 status says July 05 2004.
But the receipt notice has receipt date as June 30 2004.

Now we're waiting for the I485. Do you have any clue that concurrent cases are not approved concurrently? Please let me know if you hear anything about your I485.

No idea but somebody in other thread said that though they may not approved together they can get approved closely. Fingers Xed.

A buddy of mine got his I-140 and I-485 approved on the same day and got all his e-mails at the same time..this was of course last year (Dec 2004).

So...yes..they may be approved together or get approved closely...

Lets be patient.

I think we are going to hear waitingforgc2000 approval soon. His LUD changed for i-140 on 28th feb.

For getting emails , do we need to do anything other than selcting the check box and clicking Email on. I never got any emails from USCIS.?

Can you tell me what do I need to do for getting emails?

waitingforGC200, Do you know why did your status get updated on 2/28/05 ?

My I-140 & I-485 have LUD of 2/25/2005. My RD is 07/29/2004. In my case, my company changed their lawyer and new lawyer filed for G-28 forms for I-140 and I-485 application. I think G-28 has triggered LUD. Also, I didn't receive
any emails regarding the LUD. I found this only when I logged into uscis's website today afternoon.
