I-140 approved - Company is now acquired - Pl. help

Hi -

I have a H1-b visa and also I-140 approved of company A.
Now company A has been acquired by company B.
1. Is my H1 -b still valid or should there be an amendment?
2. Can I still use my approved I-140 for filing 485 or CP now.
Are there any issues ?
 
All depend upon how company B acquires

If company B acquires "entire company A" then no need to change H1.
For GC you have to apply amendment and I-485 in parallel. No need to bother which is supposed to approve first. After that its same as applying an I-485 company A.
