You mean working directly with the client or with the middle man?

yes, directly working With the middle man and the same job and same client. Present employer says I can't for work this client for one year. I found this job on my own (for both middle man and my present company). Both didn't find the job for me.
Thanks for your reply..

Legally if it is mentioned in your Employment Letter that you cannot join the client (middle man is a client of your employer) then you employer can make a case against you. But I have heard many people doing that by passing the their employer. In that case the middle man shows that the contract is over and employee terminate the relationship with current employer and join the new employer, many times no one wants get involved in the legalities if the employer is small company specially desi shops. It depends how much risk you are willing to take. I do understand that you found the project but that is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. If you want to move 100% legally read your employment letter carefully you have signed with your employer.

I am sure it is not a big deal as you already have permanent residency. It all depends how much middleman is willing to cooperate. It is just my personal opinion not a legal advice.

Good Luck
