I-140 Approved but wrong website status???

Wondering whether anyone has seen this before. My lawer said they received my I-140 approval on 1/7, but my case status on USCIS website with LUD 2/3/2005 for my I-140 still shows "you cased was received on 2/23/2004".

My I-485 was approved on 1/13/2005, and received the approval on 1/16/2005, waiting for passport to be stamped...

Don't worry about the online status. As long as you have the approval notices, you are fine. Congratulations and good luck with your stamping.
