I-140 Approved but got RFE on I-485

Folks,

my I-140 is approved today. The magic email came just few minutes before.

Well my joy was not long when 2 minutes after I-140 approval. I got RFEs on both myself and my spouse.

What surprises me that RFE are both of us . Any suggestions , that could relate to medical, copy of passports. Since RFE are for both of us, i assume it is not related to job/employment. Anyone had a similar experience ?


EB1 (L1A)
I-140: RD 09/03/03 AD 11/16/03
I-485: RD 11/18/03 RFE 11/16/03

FP done: 12/26/03
FP received: 01/06/04

I am not sure about name check.

--- wait for the RFE it may be for any missing document, Medicals, Birth certificates, copies of passport pages, photographs(new style) or missing I-94, marriage certificate, if lawyer filed I-485 for both of you then lawyer will recieve the RFE
