Was Your I140 filed using a substitute LC which had a prior I-140 approval. You applied to cancel the old I140 and filed your new I140 at the same time.
Am I right, Do you think because of prior I140 it took more time.
Congrats once again....

What was that for RFE for ? were you in EB1,EB3,EB2 MS or EB2 Bs+5 ? Please provide some info.
