I-140 Approved after RFE

Hi,
It took 5 weeks to get approval after getting the response to the RFE. But thank God it's done. Almost a year since I applied.

Congrats! A new hope for me now. I was waiting to hear from you. As you have noticed I have gone into some sort of hibernation.

I have changed the attorney, and he is preparing RFE response. He is confident of getting me through. Let me see what happens. RFE response is going out this week.

rajudm, I was wondering what happened to U. Yes, there is definitely hope. It took time, but came through. Dont worry.

My RFE was abt company's W2 and my W2s for the past 2 yrs. THat's it. We sent it the next day and then it took 5 weeks.

Pls let me know if U need any more details.

the 140 approval notice will not come to you...check with your lawyer..
