I Got my I-140 approved today. Thank you so much United Nations, without you i whould't have got this today. I think you are the angel who is here to help those who have no hopes in getting such cases approved.

RFE - Ability to Pay.

RFE - RECIVED ON 19TH APRIL'2005.
RFE RECEIVED TO INS on 6th june, LUD chages 7th,8th,9th, 16th(approved).
485 pending
proiority date - April'2002.
 
Congratulations! Keep an eye on your email, you may receive your 485 approval today as well if you are not retrogressed! That's what happened to me yesterday!
 
I also got I-140 RFE ability to pay

I also got I-140 ability to pay RFE 10 days back. My lawyer already replied on 06/10/05. LUD changed on 13,14,15,16

Can you tell me how your lawyer replied to RFE..?

I am worried for my case as most of people from my company I-140 got denied for same reasons but in California Service center.

In my case , UN helped lot , He did some work on my case. so if it related to finance contact to UN, he is right person.
