I-140 Approved (After RFE on education - degree)

I am glad to share that I received the approval notice e-mail for I-140 today after RFE on education. Hope my company/attorney will receive the physical notice in few days.

RFE - I had BSC (3 years) + MCA (3 Years), provided masters degree and USCIS asked for bachelors.

Thanks to all of you who are sharing all the information and guiding and helping others. Now one step ahead to GC.

Congrats akam25. USCIS sent a RFE yesterday (don't know exact details yet) on my I140. I am also Bsc + MCA. Hope its the same kind of RFE. Anyone else get RFE recently on I140.

RFE was on Company financials and my W2 forms. USCIS received the RFE response on 10/15.
