Hi,
My I-140 got approved today after RFE on Education Evaluation and Experience. Here are my details:

Labor Filed RIR (PA) 08/06/2001
Labor Cleared on 06/12/2003
I-140 and I-485 applied concurrently ND 09/30/2003
RFE on I-140 06/07/2004 (Education Evaluation and Experience)
I-140 Approved 07/15/2004
No FP yet.

I haven't received any email. I checked it online.

u got rfe on june 7th or they recd ur response on june 7th? if not then could u tell me when did they get ur rfe response?

RFE issued on June 7th 2004
RFE Response was received on July 6th 2004.
Approved on July 15th. (Exactly 7 working days)

IS your 485 lud updated along wiht i-140 ???

Thanks. The lawyer sent a copy of education evaluation done by TrustForte. I have 4 year Mechanical Engg Degree from India. He also sent new experience letters copies. I worked for 2 different companies before the Labor was filed, one in India and one in the US. I got an affidavit from a co-worker of Indian company who is in US now. I got a new progressive experience letter from my previous company in US. The lawyer sent these letters and a copy of ETA-750 mentioning that 6 years of experience is not required as per Column 15.
