I-140 approved after RFE (ND 01/10/05, RFE replied 06/09/05)

Hi, My 140 is approved today after replying to RFE. What a relief!

Hope all the folks who replied to RFE get their approvals this week.

Congratulations. My LUDs are also changed like yours only. Lets see how it goes. At what time you got the email?

I don't see any officer number on my RFE..

At the bottom of your RFE 99% on bottom of the first page.

Amazing it looks as though they are getting off their useless backsides and doing something. 5 weeks since my RFE was received back and still no Adjudication :mad:
 
This is what I have in my REF...

Thanks, I have only one Page, from my attorney.
Basically the page shows the A#, EAC# Name, EAC bar code and the REF information.

In the bottom I have USCIS, VT address within the box.
I have only '748 S' along with address within the box. Nothing else.

Can I assume the officer# as 748?

Thanks KK, hang on there. I think your approval should be any time from now.

My officer code is WDB EX311.

I saw the email today morning around 7.00 A.M PST with message: " This case has been approved. On June 22, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. ....". I checked my mail last night before going to bed, so I am sure this mail was sent today morning.

It should be on the bottom of your RFE letter, at the end, after the director's signature. It looks like NSC/XXX XXX or might be NSC/XXX XXX/XXX XXX.
 
Congratulations! With the 140 approved, you are already 95% of the way there. Relax and enjoy the summer!

Looks like only few approvals last week.
No change in my LUD after 6/27. Any one in similiar situation?

Rfe: 4/29: LUD 6/23( Recd reply on 6/22), 6/27.
