I-140 Approved after RFE ( EB2) Vermont

Hi All,

My I-140 was approved today after an RFE. The RFE was for "Company's ablity to pay". The reply to the RFE reached USCIS (Vermont center) on 16th July 2004.

Tony GC: Can you give more details on RFE

Give more details on how did you responded to RFE. if you are in consulting company, then how big is the firm in terms of consultants?
 
My filing date for I-140 was 07/28/2003. My company is about 50 odd people. We have not been doing all that well. Had minimum profit in 2003. Had a loss in 2002.

The only issue was that my actual salary was twice the amount on my labor.

Sheela Murthy's office handled my case. To reply to the query, I had to send my pay stubs for this year and my w-2 for the last 3 years.
