Hi tirugui,

Congratulations.

Why did it take so long.Did you have any RFE's?

Did you have any LUD's before the actual approval? Did you have to any special efforts like Making a Status Query about your Case/Writing to USCIS about the processing Delay in your Case?

I am asking as i have also applied under labor Substitution and the Processing is held up due to an RFE.

Congrats, what took so long? well looks like they made him a candidate for Concurrent approval, keeps watching ur i-485 status mat, you may get it in next week or so,you never know, i know few golks go got it in same way , just like u , there i-140 took longer then usual and there FP was done before i-140 approved, week after i-140 approval, they got i-485 also, so keep you fingers cross.

No RFE

There was no RFE .

My company called USCIS - No reply from them .
I called senator office , they said another 60 days it will approve and no reason for delay .

I-140 got approved after 95 days of calling senator office.
