My I-140 got approved on Mar 7, 2005

Here are my details:

I-140/I-485 EB2 -- Original Labor
PD: Aug 2001

I-140:
RD: 01/27/2004
ND: 01/27/2004
I-485:
RD: 02/09/2004
ND: 02/11/2204

I-140 Approved: 03/07/2005
I-485 ?????

Gurus, as you can see I have two separate ND, is it considered Concurrent filing? My attorney said it is concurrent when they filed my petition. Any comments? Since my PD is Aug 2001, do you think it's time for the second email. I don't see any LUD changes for 485.

Congratulation!
I am by no means a guru, but I am sure your case is concurrent. Actually, more important than the definition of the term "concurrent" is the fact that you have a 485 pending and your PD is current.

your case should be treated as concurrent. when NSC started concurrent approvals they stated that if a 140 is pending and so is 485 , when they look at 140 they will also look at your 485. therefore a difference between 2 weeks of rd or nd does not matter. it will be treated as a concurrent filed case.

just hope NSC doesn't forget about your 485 though :) you never know whats up with these guys.

Any movement in your 485? I also got approval of 140 on 3/7/05, with PD Jan 2002, RD Jan 2004
