After lots of frustrating days...My I-140(EB2 B+5) has been approved.
RD 05/12/02

Applied I-185 09/10/02

EAD and FP Notice 11/01/02

I-140 RFE 11/15/02 (Proof of Progressive Experience):(

02/12/03 Answered Query

04/08/03 I-140 Approved !

It was a mixed bag all the way...

Iam also in the same boat, RFE regarding the progressive nature of experience.
Could you tell what are the things you did to answer this.

Congrat, Paula... Did your lawyer call them or something? maybe a senotor even? Tell us.

what is your EAC number? can u tell us your first 6 digits, I don't cvare the rest of 4 digits. I just want to browse through around those numbers to see if there is any current approval like yours and make prediction on mine. :)

I140 approved...finally

EB3 I-140 - concurrent file (485 filed later on)

RD : 07/15/02
ND : 07/17/02
AD : 04/10/03

I485

RD : Sept.02

EAD,AP and FP approved/done already.
 
Still waiting

I am still waiting for my 140 approval.

RD 04/30/02
ND 05/02/02
RFE for my latest paystub and company financial status.
INS received the response to the RFE on oct-7-02

Since then no updates.

April 24, 2002 is probably a bad date.
I have the ND on that day and have nothing so far.

thanks. In fact I called on 8th April, and she(IIO) confirmed my home address (I don't know why ?). Then she told me that it will/might still take another month to process(get the status) on my case.
 
Dear mo_99 and zochem,

Just curious, what they told you when you called Vermont Center last time?
 
They keep telling me that my file is on one officer's desk for processing. I will be notified in 30 days. But this note was given from last Xmas to this Feb. After Feb., they just told that I should be more patient.
 
RFE-Progressive experience

I got detailed experience letters from my previous employers...
Sent the bunch to my Attorney. My attorney sent all these docs to an Experience validation agency(like education evaluation) and they compiled a 2 page report saying that I do posses Progressive Experience.
That was the clinching sentence.
Neither me nor my Attorney called the INS...
