I-140 Approval

I saw one approval of Aug 1 today !!

you can find this approval under I140 issues folder.
I am pasting it however :

Even TSC is now showing great progress !!

TSC is approving cases with ND March \'01 and just a month ago they were stuck with Nov \'00.
So guess CSC sucks !!Hope it doesn\'t get too bad!

CSC has made some progress on EB3, they are processing the cases before 8/13, but no luck with EB1 or EB2. Very frustrated!
 
CSC JIT Dates

The dates that the CSC JIT reports are referring to are the Receipt Notice Dates, i.e., ND.
 
My receipt date is 08/10/01 for EB3...

Hi guys...My receipt date is 08/10/01 for EB3...When whould I expect to get it through...And if there is any inquiry when it comes ?

INS stops processing???

I just saw it from another person\'s posting, is that true? I know that INS is going to reorg, would that affect the processing time?
I haven\'t seen any I140 approvals these days, any news?
 
Taking two months for cases filed in Oct

I had filed my 140 on Oct 24th. I got a reciept date - Nov 9th. The automated message is saying that it is taking 30 days to 60 days to process this kind of an application.

That is definitely a good sign that things are moving fast in CSC
