Hi,
This is my first post. Sorry to open a new thread for this but I thought I would share the info so other people can benefit. I got my I-140 approval today.
Details:
Receipt Date: 05/14/2007
Approval Date: 10/22/07
(188 days)
Texas Service Center
EB2 March 2004
Labor Substitution (American Company, Mechanical Engineering PhD Position).
I hope this info will be helpful for other people waiting.

That is wonderful news...congrats!
I have a labor sub (EB2) pending at TSC...it was filed end of March, 2007, but they sent me an RFE regarding the copy of the labor certification submitted wth the I-140 application. The original is with USCIS as part of the previous I-140 they had filed and later withdrawn for the same labor.
Did you get any RFE or got approved directly?

No I didnt get RFE. But my lawyer had also filed with original LC. That might have been the reason for direct approval.
