I have been waiting to post my approval message so long, now the time has come. Yes, my EB3 I 140 has been approved.!!!!!!!

EB3 ND 08/22/02
Labor substitute
I 485/ EAD, etc concurrently filed on 10/15/02.

RFE on 06/29/03 -(1) It was about Company Financials and (2) my experience letter for the subst. matching period.

I have been a active viewer of the threads, this helped me to share the feelings so much. For those of you waiting, all the best.

Congratulation Ist of all & could U please elaborate on your RFE Reply Mail Date & when they update the status that they received the response, how long it took for them to approve it. Please give some time line. Appreciate it.

we sent on july 14 but message came up on july 24 with that date as rceived. AD is 08/05 as i said.

Hey buddy, I am also approved. Could you please tell me how long it took you/ your lawyer to get the approval notice. Did you also get it? or only your lawyer?
