I-140 Approval based on Labor PD ?

Hi all,
Lets test the Theory of "I-140 Approval is based on Labor PD". Please post your Labor PD's along with other details here so that we can compare and estimate which Month of labor PD is being processed currently.

Labor PD is the date/month your (/substitute) labor was filed with the state DOL.

As per my research in the Forum I think the following are the current dates.
I-140 of EB3 Dec 2002 Labor PD are being approved now

If I140 of any one with Labor PD after or in Dec 2002 is approved please let us know.

I think you are trying to bring a wrong impression here. Who told you I-140 approvals are based on PD ?. As for as I know, and from the conversations I had with my attorney, it is not true.

I understand everyone is confused after this damn ohata memo. I would just wait until I hear a I-140 approval and then we can try to estimate. Until that time, I would not comment anything.

140 approval is not related to lc priority date

here's my info

labor certification priority date 04/28/2001 eb3 regular
labor certification approval 12/20/2003
i-140/485 receipt date 03/29/2004
i-140/485 notice date 04/15/2004

if your theory is true than i believe my I-140 should have been approved by now don't you think????

Yes, I do think your I-140 should have been approved by now if there were no other factors.

We are all blaming USCIS for not processing in a sequence, I dont really beleive they dont have any key for the sequncing. I'm trying to establish if Labor PD is the key.

Well, I-140 must NOT base on labor PD.

My labor PD is 11/1/2001.

My I-140 ND is 2/7/2004.

It's not been approved yet.
