I-140 Applied in March 2006

My I-140 applied and accepted by VSC on 03/30/2006. Hoping case will not be transferred to NSC. No receipt # yet.
 
Update

Finally got information from attorney, my case receive date 03/30/06 and notice date 03/31/06.
LUD 04/08/06 but says nothing about Transfer to TSC or NSC like what others are mentioning, the note says this type of case will take between 90 and 485 days.
 
VSC transferred to TSC

Did you get a notice saying it was transferred to an office in TSC or a local office in TSC, something like that, tryiong to figure out what this means. my case was filed on march 23, 2006 and the USCIS update via email said it was transferred to office in TSC.

It is not saying about how long it will take or anything like other users are saying in this forum.
 
Received Status Update

Today received 5 emails for my case regarding status with information; these type of cases will take between 400 and 450 days to process.

No idea why the AP is taking a long time.

AP/EAD- RD: 3/3/06 ND 3/21/06 LUD 3/23/06.
140 - RD: 3/3/06 ND 3/13/06 LUD 3/23/06.
485 - RD: 3/3/06 ND 3/21/06 LUD 4/6/06.

Did you get any LUDs on ur 131,765 apps before approvals.

Looks like there are a bunch of us who are in the same boat...

VSC is supposed to be processing Feb 15 and Mar 5 EAD/AP but I have heard of april appln approvals in other forums.
 
yes I got one LUD two days prior to the AD and then got approved
I think VSC is slow and busy with transferring to other SC's/

Our approval might be around the corner..wish u all luck
will keep u all posted ...

I got so many LUD, 04/08; 04/28; 05/05; 05/10; 05/11; 05/12; 05/13; 05/20

I think my case was tranferred to TSC on 04/28 and received by TSC on 05/05

Not a concurrent filing regular I-140 filed with VSC on 03/30 (RD) ; 03/31 (ND)

I got my EAD approved today too.. I noticed that you too filed under CC and we have almost similar ND.. Looks like our case is being processed together..
