Recently one of my friends got an RFE on his I-140 where BCIS asked about the Finger printing number which was given to him when he went for special registration. Is there any one else who has got such an RFE? My own I-140 is just filed now by my lawyer. I think that I will also get the same kind of RFE because I had to get registered too in that Special Registration. Could any one suggest what should I do to avoid this expected RFE?
