I-140 and 485 cocurrent filing in Sep., 2002

Is there anyone get I-140 approved based on NIW for I-140 and 485 cocurrent filing in Sep., 2002?

Based on the website, I-140 (NIW) in Texas Center didn't go on for almost four months and even go back one month.

What's going on?

you filed EB2 NIW in September 2002 with Texas center, and just got approved ? thanks, concurrent ? how about AD and EAD. thanks,

you filed NIW concurrently with I-485 in October, 2003 @ TSC and got approved in April, 2003. That's really fast. According to the INS report, they are still processing cases (NIW-I140) dated back to June, 2003.

Any TRICKS ? thanks,
 
I think they are still working on I-140

I don't know what's going on with TSC. My case online also shows processing time 275-300 days before getting approved. Maybe TSC is still working on I-140, just haven't update the processing time. My lawyer told me that their attorney at law still have a lot of case during my application time pending now.

My EAD got approved on Jan 23, 2003, I didn't apply AP. I-140 got approved on April 11, 2003 from online status checking, haven't receive the notice yet. I cocurrently filed I-140 (NIW) with I-485, I-765 at the end of Sep. 2002, and the notice date is on Oct. 9, 2002.

thanks, do you happen to know what NIW applications turn out to be at TSC center ? more approval than denials ? or more RFE ?

I have no idea about the trend of TSC. Only know the processing time goes to longer than before from both online status checking and my lawyer. I think that it is really depend on every individual case. Good luck.

Hi,
I received the copy of I-140 approval notice. The original one should be posted to my lawyer.
