RFE with I140 amendment
Hmm, very interesting case. This is a speciality question where there are three things that have happened
Co merger - > i140 filed with old name
i485 filed with merged entitiy and hence RFE recieved
top it, filer has left the merged entitiy, intorducing a third "name"
Don\'t know the answer to that one, but the answer would benefit wanna be job changers who face a similar situation like me
