I-140 Amendment Time Frame ??

Did anyone get I-140 Amendement approved at VSC recently ? If so how long did it take, on what date it was filed and on what date it was approved ?

Are u talking about receiving 140 RFE(intent to deny) when 485 approval is just round the corner?

Nope am talking of filing a I-140 Amendment petition(NO RFE's), am just trying to get the time frame for its approval ? How long it takes to get approved, Does it take as long as I-140 ? I think it is a simple application like AR-11(change of address). But I may be wrong Can anyone shed some light on I-140 Amendent and its timeframe for approval.

i was wondering if anyone got approval for 140 (intent to deny) with 140- RD 23 April 2003.
My 485 RD is 18th Jan 2002.
Not even AP approval so far, RD 30 May2003.
To whom to approach?
called VSC 2 weeks back and nothing happened thereafter.

It can be a long wait

I filed mine with nd on oct 1 2002, got aproved june 25th. Check if you can't just use ac21 regs.

Forget about I-140 amendment if your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days.
