I-140 & 7th Year Extension

Folks,
Very confused already!!!!. My LC got granted. And i am yet to file I-140. Also, my 6 yrs H1B is expiring very soon. Let's say I file I-140...Can i File 7th Year extension as well? What are my options to stay back ? Please advise.:confused:
 
File for I-140 and I-485, EAD, AP , once you file for I-485 your status will be AOS pending.
For work you need EAD or H1, you can file for 7th year extension speak to your lawyer immediately and it is not a guarantee that you will get EAD immediately it may take 3-6 month after filing I-485, better file for 7th year extension. For your options your lawyer is the best
