I-140/485 valid?

Hello:

My labor was filed from company A in 2001 and was approved in 2002. After the approval I joined company B (on H1B) in Oct 2002. My lawyer told me that I can continue purse my GC process from Company A if company A has no problems. Lawyer filed my I-140/485 in Dec 2003. I-140 got approved in May 2004 and recently got the approval of 485. I'm still working for company B on H1-B visa. Hopefully I will get the card soon.

Can I get into trouble in the future or my GC is perfectly valid and I dont need to worry about anything.

----- I hope your GC is approved based on company A job offer letter.if you used AC21 and sent comany B job offer letter then I dont see any problem.
did you attach company A job offer letter when you filed I-485??

Everything was approved based on company A and my lawyer never informed them about the company B. Please respond when you get chance.
