I received my FP notice yesterday. I am scheduled for september 21 at omaha, nebraska.

I-485 Rfe

We (wife and I ) received I-485 RFEs last week for our birth certificates (which we hadn't sent with our original papers as we didn't have them with us then ) and for Employment Verification letter for primary applicant. RFE reply Fedex package was received by INS on 9/20/04 per our lawyer but there's been no update yet on the INS website.

140/485 ND: 11/17/03
140 AD: 7/20/04
485 RFE issued: 9/10/04

I-140 Approved on Sep 14th 2004....
FP1 done on June 5th 2004 (around)....
EAD and AP (First ones) are approved on Sep 27th 2004 (almost nearer to a year)....
I-485 waiting...
 
Hi

My RFE is about ability to pay from the company perspective and my Recent year W2 since last year W2 shows very less amount.... also recent two months paystubs....
submitted March 2003.....
but approved Sep 15

Once I get my 140 approved, can I use AC21 and change companies? Is it that after the approval of 140 USCIS has got nothing to do with my employer?
Could anyone tell me the exact sequence of events that are supposed to happen once I get my 140 approved and if I want to switch Companies?
I hope these are not silly questions!
