I-140/485 Issue

Hi

Your advice in this situation will be appreciated
I had gone for a labour substitute with a company in Nov 3rd week'2004 (VSC), Since I did not receive the receipts and also there was no confirmation from UPS tracking that my I-140/485 applications were received by VSC
The same employer applied for I140/485 the second time (VSC) by Dec'27th with another Labour.( to avoid the new regulations..)

Now I received the (receipts) EAC numbers for the first set last thrusday and also got the receipts for the second set yesterday... Iam in a limbo now..



Please advice me in this strange situation...

You employer will have to withdraw the second set very carefully. Why I am saying carefully is cause, USCIS is notorius in withdrawing the wrong cases or the entire set of cases by mistake so you may land into bigger problem.

Otherwise you may carry on with two applications and explain the issue in the RFE which they will certainly raise.
