HI,

New to the forum.

I recently applied for I-140/485/EAD/AP (myself & my wife).

concurrent filing, EB2 Cat.

RD: May 19, 2004
ND: May 26, 2004

Could anyone please tell me the USCIS website and the procedure where I can register to find out my case status frequently.

How long is it taking to get the EAD,AP and 140 now?
when can I expect the finger printing date?

ANS: You need to go to Online Case status and register first and give all your EAC numbers for your I-140/485/EAD/AP and then create a profile for you. You need to keep watching this stuff on a regular basis(once a week or fortnight) to see if your status on your case changes.

How long is it taking to get the EAD,AP and 140 now?
ANS: EAD/AP may take upto 3 months minimum and I140 atleast 8-9 months on the current trend if you are lucky enough not to get an RFE....
