I-140/485 Applied In 10/11/12 2004 and got RFE

How about we share with each other the process? Thought RFE means CSC started process the case, but now skeptical.

EB2 Concurrent CSC
Receipt Date --- 11/5/2004
Notice Date --- 11/10/2004
FP done --- 12/03/2004
I140 RFE issued --- 12/13/2004 (ability to pay)
I140 RFE response received at CSC --- 12/28/2004
EAD AD --- 1/18/2005
AP AD --- 1/25/2005

no LUD afterwards.

I am in the same boat.

RFE on 140 on Jan 14 responded on Jan 18th. Two LUDs Jan 18th and Feb 1st. No Updates since then.

No Updates on 485 LUD since Dec as well.

I140/485 Pure Concurrent. ND 07/09/2004.
FP Done: 08/05/2004.

RFE on 140 on Jan 14, 2005 for Education / W2 , responded by Lawyer first or second week of Feb 2005. Two LUDs Feb 14th ( for receiving the response) and Feb 16th. No Updates on 485 LUD. Is it a positive sign for my I-140 approval?

No Updates on 485 LUD since 01/12/2005 as well.

I got the same message on my I-140 status.

I hope it is a positive sign. But for me nearly 7 weeks has past and no updates on either 140 or 485.

Mine is concurrent 140/485 RD march 2004. RFE OCt 15th. recieved RFE Jan4th. LUD on Jan6th...Blah...got ur response and all....No news or LUD since then
