my second question is Does my sponsor need to have any supporting doc from me?
Rather than start another thread I thought I'd ask here, I hope that's okay?
For the i134, I know this has been asked a million and one times before but I was just want to be 100% sure. Is the signed form, a copy of their LPR card and the sponsor's last tax return all that I need to hand in? I don't need them to send bank statements or employment letters also do I?
I have my interview scheduled for January. I think I have everything ready but just wanted to double check. I have:
- Passport
- Police certificate
- School results
- My degree
- i134
- Medical results
- Last payslip
I can't meet the $10,000 on my own so I have a sponsor. Will this be sufficent?
