My question is:
1) For #1 ->netiher a,b,c or d holds true for me. "d" is give ur "A" no. which I don't have. Am I right?

2)For #3 -> Will it be my name or company's name?Coz I am not really a "sponsor". I guess this form is also used for family based gc's hence have all these confusing questions.
If its "company's name" then what will I write for "Relationship to sponsor" since its a future GC scenario for me. Can I write "future employer" or "Petitioner"?

3)For #8 -> my husband is on H1B. So is netiher "partly" or "wholly" dependant on me. What should eb my answer?

4)For #11 -> what should be my answer?

I am the primary applicant and my husband is on H1b visa.

{You would not have the 'A' or Alien Number yet. Just write
'H1B visa' in that line (d). }
