I-134 Question

If the person that gives you affidavity of support is retired but with money in bank account and income, does he need to submit the tax declaration of last year, or just letter from the bank wiht the I-134 form??

Hello. It doesn't hurt to provide as much info as possible, so you should probably include the tax returns if you can obtain them (your sponsor should still be paying taxes on bank interest or any other income). However, I think the wording of the I-134 states that the tax returns are required for people who claim to be self-employed. In general, though, if the bank account is sufficiently large, you shouldn't have a problem.
