I have question regarding I-134:
point3)This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person?????
A) Spouse Name will come here
Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:
A)Will this needs to be BLANK or US Born child's name will be here.

point 8) It asks person who are wholly dependent on me ????
A)Will my US Born child's name will come there or not OR only my spouse.

point11)U intend to make anyspecific contributions to the support of the persons in item 3?????

A)Is this box needs to be checked?????

in DS-230 part2 name of petitioner for spouse ,
you left it blank or wrote N/A

Blank. The employer is not sponsering your spouse and sine you are not a PR yet, you cannot sponser your spouse.

I too had the same question for my wife and I decided to leave the boxes blank. I reasoned that the 'spouse' refers to spouse of the person for whom you are filing the affidavit.

Do not know.

The same line says that in case of 'temporary stay' of the person mentioned in item 3. I left if blank.

I think you only write the name of kid if he needs an affidavit of support but being a US citizen I guess that is not required. I think you can leave it blank.

I wrote my wife's name there again. If your wife is not working on H1 then you should write her name there and I think you should also write your child's name since he/she is wholly dependent on you.

Leave it blank. It says there, if you read carefully that it is only if person is going to live temporary.
