I-134 or I-864? Please help.

Now I\'m preparing 485 document by myself (EB2). Which one should I use for the affidivate of support of my spouse who is on H4, I134 or I864? I read the instruction of I-485, looks like I-864 is for family-based. But I heard some people who has the same situation as mine used I-864. Could someone who has submitted their 485 help me with this? Also, Jim, if you could clarify this for me, I really appreciate it.

Gotsc, where can I look for "Instructions for 485" or the procedure for 485 paper work? My I-140 got approved and I want to start by getting the papers together before the lawyer send me the information.
