I-134 form question

I have 2 questions. 1) is I-134 the correct form to use for my parents' brief visit to the US? If not, what is the correct form. 2) How to answer question Item 11 on form I-134 Affidavit of Support. which one to choose "intend" or "do not intend"? If intend, what details should I give out?

If ur supporting them yes I-134 affidavit of support is required. You need one form for each person ur supporting. Just mention that u intend to support them for room, food, health insurance,travel and other miscellaneous expenses. Hope this helps.
