I-134 form for fiance visa?

Hello to all! I have a sister who is waiting for her interview schedule in Manila. She is little confused though regarding the affidavit of support, does the I-134 forms that she needs to bring to the embassy in her interview dates needs to be requested to the NVC or they can just print it out to the internet? Thanks!!Rianbunch

yes it is possible to print this for from uscis web site - see forms and fees section - you will need accrobate reader to donwload it.
