I-131. Re-entry (REP) application ONLINE Status - very confusing

I filed for I-131 Reentry permit in June and gave my biometrics a month after that in July and then left US.

Yesterday , I received email from USCIS saying this:


The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: LIN********

Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On September 16, 2011 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


I am not sure what does that mean?

I have checked the status of other applicants when they file I-131. After approval , the message sent to them is "We mailed the travel document"

But in my case, they said "we mailed the document"

Does it mean that my case is denied?

I didnt receive any RFE or acceptance or denial notice

I was just concerned that about the email that i have received it today.

For some applicants message is "Your travel document was mailed"

and in my case
It is "You document was mailed"

Are both same?
What if it is denied?
