I-131 Possibility?

Does anyone know if there is a possibility that the I-131 could come before FP? I've learned a lot but unfortunately it seems like everything I have been reading on others cases throws what I have learned out the window. I don't think there are very many things that go "by the book" when it comes to which way they process papers.

My husbands Day 60 is 2 days following his biometrics appointment. We're a little excited to get the travel doc so I'm just wondering if I should be excited to check the mail every day or not get excited until after the fp have been taken. It gives me something to look forward to expecting but don't know when.

Thanks for the reply. My husband cannot wait to cross that border again and see his family. We have a wedding coming up there in late October and he is supposed to be the best man. We are really wishing and hoping to see that paper come before the wedding so we can be there!
